It cost less when using the Acidless separation method. There is a need to use advanced technology in most of the metal refining methods as the steps involved are complex. Therefore, the process becomes expensive as it cost a lot to have such advanced technology. The chemicals used in other methods also are costly altogether. However, in the Acidless separation, there is no use of chemicals and the technology used is very cheap making the entire process cost friendly.
